Whip up these cute spotted egg cosies in time for Easter

7 x 10cm
YOU WILL NEED
Rowan Wool Cotton 4 ply 50% cotton,
50% merino wool (approx 180m per 50g ball)
1 x 50g ball 483 white (A)
1 x 50g ball 491 leaf (B)
1 x 50g ball 489 satsuma (C)
1 x 50g ball 486 paper (D)
Rowan Pure Wool 4 ply 100% superwash wool (approx 160m per 50g ball)
1 x 50g ball 454 gerbera (E)
Pair of 3mm needles
28 sts and 32 rows to 10cm over pattern using 3mm needles.
Use larger or smaller needles if necessary to obtain correct tension.
EGG COSY (make 4 alike)
Using 3mm needles and yarn A, cast on 23 sts and work in g-st (all rows knit) for 5 rows.
Starting with a knit row continue in st st throughout as folls:
Row 1(RS): Using the fairisle technique work pattern from chart until row 28 has been completed.
Row 29 (RS): Using shade A knit.
Row 30: As row 29.
Starting with a knit row (RS) cont in st st working chart rows 31-58 ending on a WS row.
Using shade A only work in g-st for 5 rows.
Cast off on WS of work.
TO FINISH OFF
Weave in any loose ends and press according to ball band instructions. Join side seams using mattress stitch.
